The MUDMASTER Light Button

Warning to anybody with OCD, I noticed a detail about my G-Shock Mudmaster GWG-B1000 that will set you over the edge. If you don’t have OCD you will think this is the dumbest thing to notice. But here it is: when I press the light button on my Mudmaster, the metal shroud goes in with it.

That’s it. The button works fine. So I suppose this movement is just cosmetic and won’t affect the mud resistance or waterproofness.

A lot of you reading right now are thinking this is really stupid to complain about. Well okay, I guess you guys don’t have OCD. But for everyone else flipping out about this I just want to say calm down and stop pacing back and forth obsessively!

Also I’m sorry for abbreviating it as OCD rather than spelling it out in its entirety, “Obsesssive Compulsive Disorder.” I know how much that bothers some of you!

Anyways, if you’re interested in buying the G-Shock Mudmaster GWG-B1000, click here on this affiliate link. Get it from G-Shock and experience the button pressing for yourself. The texture of the button can calm you when the environment triggers Sensory Processing Disorder.*

*Claims made about Mudmaster buttons calming SPD are unsubstantiated.
