So many viewers of the Jim Kinkade YouTube channel begged me to test the first generation Rangeman, the G-Shock GW-9400, that I picked up the one with the Dewalt accents (yellow.) Yes, the unboxing is chaotic, as normal, but the information contained therein is so valuable that make sure you take copious notes.

G-Shock’s newest G-Steel watch rings in at $300, which I found to be a good deal, and bagged it. Nonetheless, many of my YouTube commenters alleged the price was too high.
Now I’m not going to sit here and tell you that 300 bucks is cheap. But when you compare the it to other watches G-Shock offers, you can see it fits right in nicely.
For $300 you can get into G-Shock’s sophisticated G-Steel line with the newly released GM-2110D. This “Church Watch,” as I call it is totally clad in metal. The bezel is metal, the bracelet is metal, the indices are metal. The dial is available in 5 different colors, one of which is metal!
How about the watch’s case, is it metal? No. It’s plastic.
