Three years after G-Shock released the DWH5600 they issued an updated version into their surfing line, the G-Lide GBX5600. I got the blue one to see what updates have been brought to the software, how the body of the watch fares with its updates, and to test first-hand the battery life.
Can you READ the GA100 in the DARK?
In my past few videos lots of guys said they owned the G-Shock GA100 and the backlight stinks. Ok. Let’s try it out!
Sure enough, that one amber LED at the 6 o’clock position lights up the analog hands well enough, but forget about reading the LCD subdials! Those are as dark as the black watch dial.
